John’s systems are always extremely helpful in resolving a conflict, such as being overwhelmed or procrastinating. I for one can allege for these systems and say they work very efficiently. I was overwhelmed with college, homework, work, transfer plans for school, web coding, personal training, and there wasn’t much time for myself. John really makes it simple in his solutions by breaking things down into priorities and conquering one at a time, rather than being overloaded and stressed out all of the time. If you’re honest with yourself and just follow the system, you will see a significant improvement in your life.
